My message to you...

I wanted to take the time to say that you genuinely are not alone. Not only do I know that you are loved by many, but the universe has a plan for you. You are where you are meant to be, and your spirit guides are with you always. these last few years took an extreme energetic toll on all of us, and we all need our own time and space to grow from that, but I vow to do the best on my part to assist in everyone's recovery and growth throughout the future. You are just as important of a piece of the universe's puzzle as the rest of us, you're a magical form of energy and you have so much power and purpose, it's all about changing your daily cycle and learning to tap into your inner god/goddess. A few of the best ways I’ve learned to combat daily mental struggles involve meditation, art, self expression (aka expressing yourself in a positive manner through whatever sense your body craves. For example, if you're feeling sad go for a drive in nature. If you're anxious, clean, power off for a while, or attempt to take a nap). and music therapy ( For example, if you're feeling sad, put on a song that brings you happiness and dance. If you're feeling angry put on a calming song while you lay in the middle of the floor. If you’re anxious or overwhelmed, add some soothing instrumentals to the background of your work). You would be surprised how effective these strategies are and how useful the right music can be to your brain when played at proper timing. I love you and I promise we can get through this.
